This man is a master of coffee. He is a chemist and it shows with his attention to detail. Roasting the beans himself and grinding the beans to order for each customer sets this coffee shop apart from the others I've been in. I will tell everyone I know that likes coffee about this place and I'll be back often. Edit: I noticed a review stating the wait time is long and that bothered someone. If you want a PERFECT cup of coffee, this is the place you go. It's worth the wait, I promise. Sometimes we need to slow down and enjoy the little things in life.
