While the food and drink could be improved upon, the service was so incredibly friendly and welcoming and that’s gotta count for something. For me, the beans were too dark of a roast that it lost any nuance. The croissant was soft and not crispy, which is fine but not to my preference, and chocolate cake was a tad too dry. Consider replacing some of the butter with neutral vegetable oil for a moister cake.
